2020 Fee Schedule: 

 

Medical Record Review:                                                                             $300 per hour

 

Retainer fee:

(includes first 5 hours of record review):                                                    $1500

 

Testifying as expert witness:                                                                      $3000 

(per day plus travel expenses)

 

Printing fee:  If medical records need printed, a printing cost of $.20 per page will be assessed after the first 50 pages.
